2月の第3週は、「マイルストーンを設置する」です。

マイルストーン（milestone)とは、プロジェクトにおいて、「いつまでに何をする」という、途中の重要なポイントのことです。

これを表現するときの動詞には、complete(完成する）、achieve(達成する）, review(レビューする）などが使われます。

I will achieve this by the end of June. (これを6月の末までに達成します。）

This should be completed by August. (8月までに終わりにしなければいけません。）

The next checkpoint is one mile away. (次のチェックポイントは1マイル先です。）

I would like you to review this at the board meeting. (役員会でこれをレビューしてもらいたいです。）

The turning point of this project will be the international conference. (このプロジェクトのターニングポイントは、国際会議です。)

I will buy myself a piece of jewelry when I pass the first milestone! (最初のマイルストーンが達成できたら、ジュエリーをご褒美に買うわ！）

I will throw a party when this project is over! (プロジェクトが終わったらパーティーよ！）
