12月第1週：成功力をアピールする
12月は、英語の面接対策です。第1週は、成功力をアピールする表現を学びます。
“My most significant accomplishment is … “(私の最大の業績は…）を使って、あなたの業績を書いてみましょう。
例）My most significant accomplishment was to launch XYZ. （私の最大の業績はＸＹＺ商品を導入したことです。）
I have successfully launched a new product line at XYZ company. (XYZ者で新商品の市場への導入を成功させました。）
I have reorganized a department and increased operational efficiency by 25%. (組織を再編し、25％の効率化をはかりました。）
I have developed a new branding strategy, which increased five points in brand awareness. (新しいブランド戦略を策定し、ブランド認知度を5ポイント上げました。）
I have introduced a new application to the market which increased our market share by 5%. (新しいアプリケーションを市場に導入することで、自社のシェアを5％増やしました。）
I am always ranked as number one in sales. (売上成績が常に1位です。）
My approach to problem solving involves a systematic process of gathering relevant information about a problem, clearly identifying the problem, setting a strategy, and them implementing it. (私の問題解決の方法は、システマティックな方法です。問題に関する情報を収集し、その問題をきちんと定義し、戦略を立て、それから実行します。）
I helped to increase our sales through analyzing customer’s unmet needs. (顧客の満たされないニーズを分析することで、売上増に貢献しました。）
注：11月にも書きましたが、必ず具体的なプロセスを聞かれます。ブランド認知度5ポイントとはどうやってはかったのか？どういう施策が効いたのか？などです。成功を語るのは大切ですが、具体的なプロセスや評価方法もあわせて話せるように準備しておいてください。
